The Application forms are to be completed at the Housing Authority office at:

Your name will be added to the computerized waiting list according to the date and time your application was submitted. Your application will then be processed and a letter will be mailed to you regarding your eligibility.
The length of the waiting time depends upon available funding, program turnover and eligibility of applicants. You will be notified by mail when your name reaches the top of the list.
Applicants are responsible for notifying the Waukesha Housing Authority in WRITING when changes occur in their household. These changes include:
Change of address
Change of household composition
Change of income
