This 6 story, 115 unit apartment building is for the elderly (62+ years), handicapped and disabled households. These cozy one bedroom units are 450 sq. feet, including living room, bedroom, kitchen, and full bath, with large closets throughtout. The units include an electric range, frost free refrigerator, drapes, air conditioner, carpeting, and pets are allowed. Units are cable television ready.

The Waukesha Department of Aging offers a nutrition program, which serves a noon meal, Monday through Friday in the Community Room located on the 1st floor of Saratoga Heights. A donation is appreciated, but the cost of the meal is based on the person's ability to pay.

Rent is based on 30% of the montly-adjusted gross income. Rent includes all utilities except for optional cable television and telephone service.
