This program provides rental assistance to income eligible, very low-income families who will or are renting a privately owned apartment in the City or County of Waukesha.
Families have the freedom to choose any rental unit which meets program requirements to be decent, safe and sanitary. The household pays approximately 30% - 40% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent.
